Less than 5 minutes to Falmouth Country Club Golf Course and 10 minutes or less from some of the BEST beaches on The Cape, shopping, & restaurants. Enjoy our Coffee bar with Nespresso Machine in the mornings and private backyard with deck, fire pit and grill in the evenings.

Plenty of sleeping space for 10 people in this 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with finished basement in the town of E Falmouth! Large driveway fits up to 6 cars! Great for a multi family trip!

Each bedroom has its own window A/C unit in the summer time. Smart Nest thermostats control the heat in the winter months.

Numerous beaches are all within 10 minutes of the house. We have a beach bag, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella’s, toys for the kiddo’s and a large cooler all available for you to use during your stay (during summer months)

Great shopping and restaurants in both Falmouth (Main Street) and Mashpee (Mashpee Commons) are a 15 minute or less drive from the house.

We allow well behaved pets to join! Please let us know ahead of time and add to your reservation as their is an additional $100 fee for additional cleaning.
We have a detailed guidebook with recommendations for your stay as well.

Very comfortable home, with a great private backyard. Tremendously well equipped, Jennifer thinks of everything her guests will need. Very convenient to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Jennifer’s house! It was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute drive to the beaches, restaurants and shopping! The house had everything we needed and our daughters loved the Nespresso machine for their morning coffee!! Jennifer was a great host and was very helpful and responded so quickly to a few questions that we had. The welcome basket was a nice touch and very much appreciated! We highly recommend staying at Jennifer’s house as we would definitely stay there again

We loved Jennifer’s place with the thoughtful design, generous spaces, and family friendly amenities.
She even had a nice gift basket for us! The house is close to Silver Beach, one of our favorite beaches and is a short drive to downtown Falmouth. My wife is an interior decorator and even with her discerning eye, she gave it a strong thumbs up and told me she would stay there again.

A very peaceful place – a couple of miles from the local restaurants.
Jennifer was always responsive – delivering multiple playstation consoles, offering to let us in post check out to retrieve our phone, etc.

From the moment we booked with Jennifer, she was super easy to communicate with. The house was just as described. We have stayed at a few other rentals and this has, by far, been the best. It offered everything you could possibly need, and more. My family stayed here with my sister’s family, total of 7 people, and it was enough room for us all. If we return to the Cape, we would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Amazing stay! Jennifer kindly accepted our reservation last minute, after a mishap with another house we were supposed to stay in- to say the least it was a blessing in disguise! We loved it. Jennifer was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us out. Anyone looking to stay: the bedrooms are a very nice size (especially the ones upstairs). Kitchen is well equipped, the backyard is large, and it is close to trails and within 10 minutes of stores.

From the second we booked 23 Blueberry Lane Jennifer was extremely responsive, friendly, and flexible. She allowed us to check in early, and once we arrived, the house was spotless, and there was a beautiful welcome basket and card waiting for us. The house had a beautiful backyard, which was perfect for our city pups to run around. 23 Blueberry Lane was so cozy and Jennifer provided us with TONS of recommendations on where to eat, things to do, and more. Jennifer was an amazing host and we couldn’t recommend 23 Blueberry Lane more- 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place. House is located in a quiet neighborhood and was exactly as described. We really appreciated the welcome basket and coffee bar for our early morning!

We spent a few nights here over Christmas holiday with our adult children. The house was comfortable with plenty of space to hang out together. The sectional in the living room was large and comfortable. The kitchen had the essentials to cook meals together although the table could use more seating or some folding chairs. The bedrooms were all good size with queen or king beds. There is a large backyard with deck seating which would be nice in the warmer weather. Jennifer communicated well and the welcome basket was a nice touch. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

We were two families of four and needed some space over the holidays to just be together. Jennifer’s house was exactly what we needed! Four bedrooms and the bonus basement sleeping area gave us plenty of room to spread out. My kids were thrilled with the smart TVs in every room and they had movie nights while the adults socialized upstairs. We cooked dinners in the well equipped kitchen and even sat on the deck when the weather was warm enough to allow it. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to drive to amenities. One late afternoon we looked up the sunset time and then drove 12-15 minutes to Old Silver Beach to enjoy the most spectacular sunset! Highly recommend! Thanks Jennifer for a great stay! Oh, and the welcome basket was amazing! We really appreciated it!
